Stefanie and Brendan you were wonderful to deal with. This property was so fitting for our family vacation. Opening the door, we were greeted with a welcoming setting..complete with treats, which we enjoyed with a movie. So many places to enjoy. Everyone had space for quiet time, and space to be together. The game room was so fun. The pool, of course was the best. We had a photographer, Thistle and Bee, Ann Phalen. She was so impressed with all the beautiful settings, and she was able to get great photos of our famvaca We also had a catered dinner. They were very impressed with all the kitchenware. We just had a wonderful time, and we thank you.......

We had a girls weekend here with 14 of us staying at the property. Check in was pretty smooth— the only issue we had was that the gate code was also for our primary door when instructions said otherwise. The freezer had some issues keeping cool but there was an extra chest freezer and maintenance came within an hour of us notifying the property manager. The space was very clean and had SO MANY amenities. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t even get to use everything! The pool was fantastic and the views of Mt Shadow are excellent. The beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. They keep the property extremely clean and I was comfortable the entire time. We’re already planning a trip back!

This house was anything we could have wished for! The host was very polite and answered to texts right away with no worry. There were so many things to do on this property we never got bored. Me and my friends who came on this trip can all agree we could’ve stayed for another week and still wouldn’t have run out of stuff to do. Thank you Victor Hugo!!

We had a lovely stay -- and will come again if the opportunity arises. The activities are great for a larger group -- games, volleyball. putting green, etc and enough space outside to spread out. Great place for multiple families or couples or a family reunion.

Wonderful house, plenty of room to have a great time both inside and outside. Elite was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. Every time I had a question or needed something, I was able to get a live person instead of just an automated system. Would definitely go back to this spot and if it wasn't available would prefer to rent from Elite.

The pool is large and deep with tons of chaise lounges for seating. We didn't even get to utilize everything on the property because there were so many amenities to enjoy. Even the living room which compared to the expansive outdoor area looked smaller ended up being a great area to hang out in and the couch offered tons of seating. We booked this house with nine girls and felt we had plenty of space. Can't recommend this property enough for a large group!

This place was the perfect place for my bachelorette party! We had such a blast and it was such a nice area! If we needed any help the owner answered back quickly! This place is perfect and especially for the price! You can’t beat it!

A group of us came out to AZ and stayed here for our friends bachelorette weekend. It was spacious, close to many things to do in PHX and Scottsdale. The whole property is fenced and has a gate which made us feel safe. It was definitely like a mini resort. The pool, sand volleyball area, swings, and outdoor seating were picturesque and a lot of fun! we felt it was a great experience and worth the wait! Thanks for helping make our weekend so successful!

Our family of 12, 4 generations so enjoyed how comfortable and accommodating the house was and recreation available for all ages to enjoy.The staff was very helpful. Appreciated the cleanliness.

The home is beautiful 

I will mourn this trip ending for a long time, we had the most wonderful time. We could have had a great time somewhere much more modest, no doubt, but being at this house elevated the experience tenfold. So many thoughtful touches, great communication with the hosts - I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Thank you so much for having us!

The home we rented in Arizona was absolutely stunning and designed to entertain. It had a heated pool, several dining/hang out areas outside, swings, an outdoor bar area, volleyball court and putting green. The rental company was easy to communicate with prior to the trip and they gave several suggestions for grocery delivery services to use. They really went above and beyond what an Airbnb or VRBO may do and have less hidden/unnecessary fees.

The house was nice and everything was extremely accommodating

Fantastic stay. Our group stayed for a golf/bachelor trip and the house could not have been anymore perfect! We loved it.

Our stay at the Victor Hugo home was exactly what we expected and more. The home is very well taken care of, there was space for 15 of us that went down for a family/friends getaway. We had 6 children with us that were constantly entertained between all of the different outdoor activities. The pool was perfect for all ages including our 4 year old that basically lived in there for the weekend. The open doors from the kitchen to the outdoor patio/grill/pool was spot on. The grilling station was perfect for a quick lunch by the pool in the sun. The guest house was absolutely perfect for those that were staying without children, it was much bigger than I had expected and didn't realize the king bed with the barn door was actually in the guest house along with the two queen beds, so the layout was a little different than we had expected, but it worked out for the best with our group. There were lots of pool toys, volleyballs, basketballs, sand toys, golf clubs, tennis rackets, Spike Ball, bag toss, etc. for the kids and adults to play with. The rec room also had several different games for kids and adults. The fire pit is out by the guest house and rec room which was a good spot away from the pool for the smaller ones. The sand volleyball net is also on the other side of the yard away from the pool, so the kids could play in the sand without having to worry about keeping life jackets on the smaller ones. We would do this trip again in a heartbeat, we could've stayed for a week instead of just the long weekend! We will definitely look into this company's properties in the future, their customer service and communication were wonderful and quick to respond via text when we had an issue with a couple minor things.

Great vacation home...!! Home is beautiful for kids & adults

This home is incredible and we definitely plan on visiting again! The outdoor grounds were beautiful and felt like a private resort. So many activities to keep everyone busy. We never had to leave during our five day stay. They were generous enough to heat the pool to a warm 85 degrees, which is unheard of with other Airbnb’s. The pool was still useable on chilly nights. The home offered three master suites and two bunk rooms making it usable for a few families. We’ve already had so many friends ask for the details on this home after seeing pictures!

We loved our stay at Victor Hugo- beautiful pool and hot tub, palm trees and plants that made us feel like we were in paradise and plenty of space to spread out while feeling at home during these crazy times. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Our family loved staying in this home. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is awesome, the kids had a fantastic time. Great location. Good customer service, very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Loved the all space this home had! It had something for everyone whether it was just to relax in the pool or play volleyball or hit the game room! The Elite vacation staff was great to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!

We had 6 guys here for a Golf weekend and it was fantastic. Close to all of the courses we wanted to play. Came back after and had a great time in the pool and game room. The house slept everyone comfortably. We would definitely come back here again.

Had my bachelorette party here over the weekend and couldn’t speak more highly of our experience. We hardly left the house and whenever we did, we couldn’t wait to get back. Everyone of my girls had their own bed, and enough space to the get ready. The back yard was amazing and we utilized every single one of the activities including the pool, volleyball court, putting green, and the swings. 10/10 would recommended!

Great stay for 13 of us! The pool was fantastic with the slide, diving board, pool toys, bar stools, poolside TV and kiddie area. We hiked the hills every morning just 2 blocks away. Nice quite neighborhood. Stocked home.

We so enjoyed our stay here! The house and casita were beautiful and very clean. The outside amenities were so fun and provided endless entertainment for our weekend stay. We would definitely love to come again!

Awesome place to stay!

This home completely met all of my expectations and then some! I was traveling down to Phoenix for my bachelor weekend with a group of friends and rented out the Victor Hugo property. The property looked amazing from the pictures online, but once we arrived it was even better than we expected. The house was super clean with just about every amenity that you could ask for! We had a great time utilizing the pool, hot tub, grill and putting green. A few guys used the bikes in the garage on a morning ride to go get coffee and the hiking trails nearby were also taken advantage of. We were able to get to both Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix by ease via Uber. Plenty of room to both relax and have a good time! I would highly recommend both this property and Elite Vacation Rentals if you are visiting the Phoenix area! Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

What a great house! We were 6 adults and two children (11/9). Lots of indoor space, enough that we didn't bump into each other. The outdoor space was exceptional, pool, hot tub, recreation/lounge/dining areas...truly exceptional for a city home! The location of the house was perfect, less than half an hour from the airport, shopping and easy access to trails. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

The place was perfect for our two teenage boys and their friends. They loved playing volleyball in the pool and on the sand court. My wife and I enjoyed soaking up the sun on the beautifully landscaped property. The hammocks were perfect for an afternoon nap. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, we are already trying to figure out who to ask to come with us next time.

This was the perfect place for my family to relax and have fun at! We loved that all ages(2-59) had something to do! I'm quite sure if we can ever make this trip again, we'd chose Victor Hugo!

We had all of our children and grandchildren at this property for Christmas. It fit our needs perfectly. The open spaces and outdoor activities gave us space to interact in several different spaces together or in separate groups. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we cooked every meal there. We had a blast and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family time together.

This was the perfect spot for family to gather and celebrate Mom and Dad's 50th!!! We had lots of space for everyone, tons of things to do!!! We never had to leave and go find something else!!! They have thought of everything! We had a marvelous weekend and the folks said it was the best anniversary present!!!

This is the perfect house to rent for a large family or group of friends. It has everything needed for your stay including entertainment for every age. My personal favorite was sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Beds very comfortable too! Would definitely recommend to others

Fully updated w/garage!A very special thank you to all of the different employees I dealt with at Elite. I found Elite employees to be polite, responsive, and helpful. Whether it be answering specific questions about the size of kitchen pans for spaghetti or requests about checking in that I had, someone always got back to me with an answer. That kind of service is worth a million dollars! One wing of my family that drove in from California chose to park their car in the garage next to the casita where mom, dad, and the kids were staying. What a PERFECT set up--for the family and the car! Loved the designer touches--I really think they had someone helping or making suggestions to whomever put the house together. From the designer white and sea-foam bowl sinks in the shared bathroom, white towels, and the amazing mermaid's tail statue to the oversized "BEACH" letters on the dining room wall, to the weathered wood bin cabinet in the dining area, so much of the house just flowed together. There were numerous touches of sea-foam and teal throughout the house. Especially loved the the sea foam green glass tile in the kitchen. Gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with enough plates, glasses, cups, silverware to service our group of 11 for a spaghetti, salad, garlic bread dinner the first night. Amazing outdoor areas from the huge pool, hot tub, swings, putting green, fire pit seating area, sand volleyball court (with volleyball) and a shower to wash the sand off your feet! and lovely seating areas throughout with water features. The house was in good condition when we arrived. There was a minor issue with the pool, however, it was addressed and taken care of very quickly. I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff at Elite.
