The outdoor patio is a very inviting and makes for the perfect place to enjoy relaxing or the provided BBQ and with many easy access amenities such as 1 dedicated Parking Space (an additional parking pass may be obtained if staying longer than 30 nights), in unit laundry and gated privacy this cozy ground floor unit provides the true sense of a resort getaway.
1 parking space is included. 1 garage space(fits mid-size vehicle and smaller only) is available for rent at $50 per month. If staying short term, this fee is discounted to $25. No work vehicles permitted to park in community.

I was pleasantly surprised with this rental! Our unit was beautifully furnished and the beds were more comfortable then my expensive bed at home. We loved that there was a washer and dryer on site and loved using the grill as well. We felt the unit was spacious and well equipped for cooking. The pool and spa were wonderful as well! Loved it!!!

Beautiful condo, nicely appointed, very detailed check in and check out instructions! We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and this was a nice, quiet place to retreat to after games. Appreciated the check in during our stay. Well managed property! Would recommend!

The condo was accommodating and worked great for our needs after a medical procedure. The customer service was very responsive and helped out with any questions. I very much recommend them and would stay again in the future.
Condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked, which is not always common with rentals. Check in was easy, and checkout was a breeze. Elite was easy to contact with any questions that I had. Will stay again.
