FULLY REMODELED. Come and stay for a short trip or stay for awhile in this easy to love one story home in a great area of Mesa. Popular split floor plan. The entry is inviting as you look right through the house to the resort backyard. To the left you will find a super-sized master suite with a queen bed, TV and sitting area. Great en-suite bath with tub, shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. To the left on the other side of the home are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with queen beds of their own. The bath is shared and right between the bedrooms. Guests truly have their own zone of the house. The great room and kitchen open concept are large for living. Reclining furniture circled around the media center with a large SmarTV. The kitchen has dining area for 6 and a breakfast bar too with solid surface countertops and a great kitchen window for gazing outside at the oasis of a backyard. The backyard has mature fruit trees, a large grassy area for yard games and of course a great pool that will be heated for your enjoyment. High Speed WIFI....awesome.
Santa Rita Ranch is located in Mesa, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. The community is located south of Guadalupe Road from Crismon Road to Signal Butte Road. The community is 5 miles northeast of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and 22 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
The community consists of both single and two story homes. In the distance to the east the Superstition Mountains can be seen from many of the properties and streets.
Santa Rita Ranch is a quiet community which offers several large common areas with sidewalk paths for a leisurely stroll, tot parks with swings and slides, a volleyball court, soccer fields, a baseball park and basketball courts. The soccer field is also used by youth sports teams as a practice field and occasionally there will be community events or even “movie in the park night”.
Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee:
Splash. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.
This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.
City Code Enforcement:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

A wonderful place to stay. Lots of room in the house and the bedrooms are great. The bathrooms are very nice and the master suite and bathroom are super, super roomy, and spacious. Awesome amenities and everything you could need in a home. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen is great for cooking, heating up food or just grabbing a quick snack. The pool is amazing with lots of toys and balls for the water. The basketball hoop is so fun for shooting, and playing bump with the family and children. There are lots of lounge chairs by the pool and the table under the cover roof is awesome for playing games or eating in the shade on the hot sunny days. We have been here a few times and love staying at the home as it is like being at home just way better as the weather is hot and sunny and it doesn't get better having a great-sized pool in your backyard in Arizona. There is even grass in the back to play cornhole or a little soccer game. The place is amazing. You will love your stay here and so will your family or friends!

We had such a nice time at our stay. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and the pool was so fun. We would highly recommend anyone to stay in the house and the location was close to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The kids had a blast with the pool and it was so nice to have something for them to do while the adults visiting. We definitely will rent this house again the next time we come to Mesa. Everything was clean and we didn't lack for any kind of cooking utensils or dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked.
