It is just a short stroll to Rumsey Park (dog park, disc golf, pickleball, tennis, and lots more). 

The spacious primary bedroom features a private patio, a large soaker tub, a television, and a king-sized bed.  The secondary bedrooms have queen-sized beds and easy access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in tub.  Access to the garage is provided, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer is accessible for guest use.  The whole group will enjoy the spacious living space with a large-screen television and a gas fireplace.  The breakfast bar has five stools, and the dining table has room for four.
