Shinbay

Shinbay in Scottsdale is an Omakase room by Tanaka Ken. Their motto is "trust the chef", because you have the opportunity to make some daring choices here! It's the only Omakase room in Arizona. Dining at Shinbay is not simply going out to grab a bite to eat, it's an entire experience. 

Seatings take place at 5:45 PM and 8:00 PM, and dinnner lasts about 2 hours. Let the chef do the work for you as plate after plate of delectable Japanese cuisine is brought out! It's an experience you'll remember for a lifetime, and worth the treat!
